1999 44' Little Harbor Whisperjet Miss Dee has been leased. Thanks to John Clayman from Seaton Yachts
and Roger Herd
for facilitating this interest-free lease to benefit the AMIkids mission.
Miss Dee was donated to AMIkids in May and several material improvements were performed. The process took almost a year and she finally closed this week. AMIkids Yacht donation program works with donors and yacht brokers to facilitate the donation of vessels as charitable contributions. Once the vessel is received our charity executes considerable material improvements and offers a interest-free lease program for qualified individuals.
All the proceeds from our leasing program go directly into the AMIkids mission and help our charity provide at-risk youth with a second chance in life. There are no intermediaries.
In over 40 years, the Yacht Donation Program has received close to 6000 vessel contributions, is one of the leading boat donation programs in the continental US and has a pristine reputation.
AMIkids helps at risk-youth and juvenile offenders through a multitude avenues. With 44 programs in 9 states, 136,000 youth and nearly 50 years in operation the organization provides programming in multiple models including marine education, alternative schools, family centered therapy, residential facilities, vocational training and job placements.
