Vocational Training
Preparing Today for Jobs Tomorrow
AMIkids Beaufort understands that to obtain and sustain a productive, crime-free life our kids must succeed in the classroom and acquire the skills needed to obtain employment after graduation.
The young men at AMIkids Beaufort work toward obtaining their GED. We counsel them on what to expect when they complete high school so they have a clear plan for further schooling, work or entering the military.
AMIkids Beaufort offers a welding certificate program, providing hands-on instruction in a very marketable trade, and our students are completing our program with industry-recognized certificates.

We also offer a vocational program in food service, allowing our students to earn ServSafe food handler certifications from the National Restaurant Association and local restaurant associations. This certification helps participants prepare for careers in the food service industry.
Each and every AMIkids Beaufort graduate should leave our facility with skills that will lead them to immediate or provide options for eventual employment.
