Helping Florida kids discover their potential since 1991.

Our Story

Preparing Today for Success Tomorrow

AMIkids Southwest Florida understands that keys to sustaining a productive, crime-free life are succeeding in the classroom and possessing the skills needed to obtain employment.

AMIkids Southwest Florida assists kids in working towards obtaining their high school diploma or GED and we begin the transition planning early so that they have a clear plan for school or work.

AMIkids Southwest Florida offers testing resources and credentials in OSHA 10 (Occupational Safety and Health Administration), SafeStaff Food Hander, and ServSafe Food Manager to give our kids an accurate assessment of their job skills and work habits and gives them the competitive edge when they are ready to enter the workforce. We also offer job readiness services, job placement assistance, and scholarship opportunities.

Each and every program participant should leave our facility with skills that will lead them to immediate or provide options for future employment.
