AMIkids Tallahassee understands that keys to sustaining a productive, crime-free life are succeeding in the classroom and possessing the skills needed to obtain employment after graduation.
The kids at AMIkids Tallahassee work towards obtaining their high school diploma or GED and we begin the transition planning early so that when our kids turn 18 they have a clear plan for school or work.
We offer an impressive array of vocational training programs to set our students up for success immediately following their graduation or for their future endeavors.
We offer a vocational program in food service, allowing our students to earn ServSafe food handler certifications from the National Restaurant Association and local restaurant associations. This certification helps participants prepare for careers in the food service industry.
We also offer CPR – First Aid certifications, as well as certifications in Microsoft Office, which provides our students the skills that may lead them to immediate or provide options for future employment.
Each and every AMIkids Tallahassee graduate should leave our facilities with skills that will lead them to immediate or provide options for future employment.
